How Makerstead handles cancellation, reactivation, and disputed charges.

Subscriptions are non-refundable mid-cycle. When you cancel, access continues through the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate the unused portion back to a card.

Cancel from the billing surface, and from the dashboard use the export action to take your records with you. Records stay exportable for ninety days after the billing period ends, then they’re deleted.

Founding Members who let continuous subscription lapse have a ninety-day grace window during which the slot is held and the $20/mo rate is retained. Returning inside the window is a single click and incurs no fee.

After ninety days the slot is forfeited and a return re-bills at the current posted standard price for the tier you rejoin on. The reactivation logic is the same path that the founders page describes.

If a charge on your statement looks wrong, email makerstead@polsia.app with the date and the last four digits of the card. We respond within two business days and reverse an invalid charge without making you reach for a bank dispute.
